Background Information
It’s All About The People
A team that plays together, stays together. Our work environment is laid back but serious about results. We are a lean, growing company so all of our work must exhibit a high level of innovation while balancing the efficiency and repeatability that makes us built to scale. Work hard. Play hard. We always make sure we're laughing. We always make sure we're getting better.
Townhall
The whole team gathers for quarterly meetings to get updated on all things Brave. Topics can include process updates, important messages, announcements, new business, or open forum discussions. Since this meeting is so pumped full of information it’s super-duper mandatory. We give plenty of notice so you can plan everything else around it.
Don't Be Alarmed
How do we keep all these Macs and snacks safe? Our trusty alarm and locking system. To enter our office at any point in the day, you’ll need your access card (provided to full-time employees) to enter and exit the office. Protect this piece of plastic and don’t get stuck! As for arming the alarm, we'll set you up with a 4-digit code to arm and disarm as you enter first and leave last.
Parting Words
Almost done! That wasn’t so bad, was it?
Hopefully you feel better acquainted with your new home and work family. And that’s the goal, because something you won’t find here at Brave is unnecessary hand-holding. Our “low-involvement, high-accountability” work style lets you do what you do best, be adventurous in your craft, and take charge of your growth track. We’ve found that high-performance people are habitually self-improving. We believe that’s you. But of course, ask questions and share ideas along the way.
That's it! Now go make some friends, some coffee, and some of the best work of your career!
