Brave Onboarding — Pre-Day One
Pre-Day One
Before the kickoff begins.
Though we haven’t met for intro’s and how do you do’s, there is a few tasks to work through and items to check-off.
Do your homework
To help us get things started efficiently, we put together a form for you to fill out to get us all the details will need for the project. This includes login credentials, marketing and design guidelines, team member information, and the like. Take some time to look over the form and submit it before our scheduled kick-off call.
It’s an open book test, no need to study.
Wifi
We have two wifi networks, one for us cool kids and one for our Brave Haus members. The jokes on us because the Brave Haus network is actually faster. Go ahead and jot them down because you'll inevitably be asked for them 4.5 times a week when clients or bewildered employees ask.

Brave Haus (psst, this one’s faster)

Digital Paperwork
To make your first day a little more efficient, keep an eye out for an email requesting your digital signature on a few HR related items. On your first day, you’ll need to bring some documents that fulfill your I-9 requirements. The simplest of these is your driver’s license or original Social Security card. If you do not have these, then a passport will cover for both. There are other options available to meet these requirements here. Please also bring a voided check to set up direct deposit.
